Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate and complete information when registering a player. By registering, you confirm that: 

• You are legally authorized to register the participant. 

• All provided information is truthful and up to date. 

• You agree to all program guidelines, payment terms, and safety policies issued by FRF Corp. 

Failure to provide accurate information may result in removal from a program without a refund. 

 

4. Payments & Billing

All payments made on the FRF Corp website must be submitted through approved third‑party processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize FRF Corp and our payment partners to process charges for programs, memberships, merchandise, and other services. 

You agree to: 

• Provide accurate billing information 

• Ensure timely payment of all fees 

• Review the FRF Corp Refund Policy before making any purchase 

FRF Corp is not responsible for overdraft fees or declined transactions. 

 

5. No Unauthorized Use of Content

All website materials—including images, videos, text, documents, training materials, program descriptions, and branding—are the exclusive property of FRF Corp. 

You may not, under any circumstances:

Participation in athletic and training programs involves inherent risks, including injury. By enrolling in any FRF Corp program, you acknowledge and accept these risks. 

FRF Corp, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for: 

• Injuries sustained during training or events 

• Loss of personal property 

• Accidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions 

Participants must follow all safety rules and guidelines. 

A separate waiver may be required during registration. 

 

8. Website Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain full website functionality but do not guarantee: 

• Uninterrupted or error‑free service 

• That all content will always be available 

• That the site will be free from viruses or harmful components 

FRF Corp reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. 

 

9. Termination of Services

FRF Corp may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you: 

• Violate these Terms of Service 

• Engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior 

• Provide false registration information 

Termination may occur without refund depending on the situation.
