Fundamentals R First (Developmental) Girls 10U–15U

Our Developmental Program is the perfect starting point for players new to basketball or still building their core fundamentals. We focus on proper technique, basketball IQ, and teamwork teaching each athlete how to dribble, pass, shoot, and move with confidence.

Players learn through fun, high-energy practices that build both skill and self-belief. This program is all about growth, effort, and love for the game.

Kitahoopz – Intermediate 10U–17U
(Popular Program)

Our Kitahoopz program takes development to the next level. Designed for players who already have basic skills and are ready for more structured team play, this program emphasizes advanced fundamentals, game strategy, and competitive mindset. Players train like true student-athletes — learning how to apply their skills in real game situations while maintaining sportsmanship and leadership.

Kitahoopz Select – 15U–17U

Our Kitahoopz Select program is for serious athletes ready to compete at an elite level. This team focuses on exposure tournaments, high-level competition, and college-prep training. Players refine their craft, learn advanced plays, and gain the confidence needed to perform under pressure.
